Prices are great but took over a month (5-6 weeks) to get 6 shirts just ridiculous I tried to contact a person to talk to but instead got a stupid machine very dissatisfied will not shop here ever again

Asked question if I could change size of one shirt the day after order and customer service did not reply for a week. Seems with the almost three week delivery time my request to change

Low prices for the growing athlete makes sense on a budget
Placed order... paid extra for 3 day shipping which starts once they actually get the order together- sent emails saying 1 item was out of stock and I needed to respond on what I wanted to do. I replied back with cancel- 3 days later they are still sending same email asking for same info- paid extra for shipping and the package should have already been there buy yet it still has not left facility. They just send out random emails and the wait time to call is over 2 hours long. They either need to hire another 150 people or just close shop. I honestly feel bad for the employees who get yelled at everyday for things that are out of their control.
Easy and simple
Waistband on the football girdle has already started coming loose. Belt on the football pants has already broken and had to be replaced. Too late to return/replace because practice has started and we can't do without them. Fortunately I know how to sew.
