I made a mistake and selected the wrong size for the monogram on the hats I ordered, customer service emailed me and explained what i needed to do. Long story short we played phone tag for a week. Now they had my order on hold for a week but during this time I had replied to them stating I wanted to go with the larger monogram. We finally touched base with each other and got the issue resolved. This is kind of customer service I have in my own company and it felt good for another company to show the same. You don't see this with most companies in this day and time. Again thank you epic sports I will continue to order from you if I could better deals on blank shirts you would be my #1 vendor.

I ordered ball pumps. They seemed fine, very small but they had a place to store the needle. I will never know how they hold up, because they will go over seas in Operation Christmas Child boxes.

Their website layout in general is very confusing with too much information going on at once. I did a general google search for PADDED football pants and what I bought specifically came up. In the description on the top that a person would actually read said nothing about no pads but all the way at the bottom, even separated by similar products it said it. They came, they are useless to me. I tried to reach out several times when they finally responded, it was defended with a screenshot which was the FIRST time I scrolled down far enough and I responded with my own and never heard a peep back. They can have the $40 because what I would have spent as a customer and what our football organization may have spent will be spent elsewhere. I will NEVER order from them again.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
