This is the second order in a row where I have purchased quarter zips for my entire coaching staff and have been sent an additional size large as opposed to an extra large which I ordered. I will still be shopping at Epic sports because I have ordered a ton of stuff from there and except for these last couple times everything is perfect and you can't beat the deals, but it is just frustrating when this happens once let alone with back to back orders. I don't have time to do the whole return thing because I need my coaches to all be wearing the same thing for games.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
