I contacted customer service about socks that were 2.5-3 inches shorter than the stated length. They contacted PearSox to resolve the issue and they stated that the socks shrank due to humidity. I do not believe they shrank that much and wanted a return slip and credit to my account. Nothing has happened. Perhaps filling out this seemingly meaningless survey will help? If not, why even send it?

Ordering went fine. The company is unable to place block letter across the front of a baseball jersey. The team name BADFROGS was translated into badffrrogs because they print under the placket. Simple order turned into gibberish and makes the jersey ridicules and unwareable. It so much more work to ruin this order in this way making a 9 letter name into 11.5 letter name. Dumb.

They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
