The items were on clearance, and I was told that these items could not be returned. Well the sizes run very small and I wanted send them back at get something else, but your customer service person wasn't very nice about the issue. I do understand the frustration, but with me I would have done something a little bit different to please my customer. Anyway I'm stuck with these shirts that I will donate somewhere and shop elsewhere. I'm sure you have the capabilities to check the history of your customer buying habits. I would have offered something else like a discount on your next purchase, not have good day.

My only complaint would be that I think you should post on your payment page that you will require addtl identity verification for your order to go through. We were in a massive hurry to order something. Infact that is the only reason we came to you instead of Amazon or Ebay. Quicker shipping on the specific item we ordered. I didn't see the requirement for addtl verification until a day or two after the order was placed. I do appreciate the extra precaution just not the method of communicating it.
My RUSH order sat a day or two longer than it should have. If you give notice of this addtl verification as a rule or even a possibility on the order or pmt page I think that communication would be greatly appreciated.
And when it did come it still was not delivered on the disclosed date.
