I orderded some jerseys 10. Mins later tried to cancel online and there is no way to do it despite them saying you can. Then to make matters worse Cody the manager gives me half my refund back I have four teams large organization and they would rather loose business over 40.00 im warning all coaches do not order anything from them please go elsewhere. Hit a double heck Walmart is better than these jerks!

We were able to get colorful trendy basketball sox in size women's large for our granddaughter..
Softball pants were defective, seam in the leg cuff was not completely sown. Also, pants were misized in my opinion ~ although they were ladies xsmall, they would probably fit my 6 year old grandson rather than my 13 year old daughter. This is my first purchase through Epic Sports and I'm disappointed! Contacting customer service is a joke - when calling, estimated wait times are 44-46 minutes. Who has time for that?

Did not arrive by estimated delivery date. Packaging is automatic and the order was held up by one pair of socks but no one could see that apparently because it is all automated. Paid extra to have it shipped overnight because it wasn't here in time after calling 4 times to CS. Paid $50 to ship a $90 order just so I could have it in time. Not a pleasant experience with the customer service team. Had to ask for a manager to resolve the issue.
This is my 2nd order and so far I have been very pleased

I didnt received all my items. I reach to customers service. Spike with Jordan multiple times. He first argued with me about me receiving my order complete. I mentioned one of my shirt was stained he said that could happen since everything seats at a warehouse but didnt do anything about. Neither about the other 2 shirts I didn't received matter fact I received more than what I had order. I also asked about swapping sizes and he said I could do th as t but it was was an extra charge. I said never mind I will never used Epic sport again that thank you very much for nothing and I hang up the phone. I was very annoyed with the little knowledge this rep had.
Overall experience was pretty good. Good selection of products on the site and the quality of what I purchased was good. I just wish that shipping wasn't almost a month later than the date I ordered it.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
