Kept getting a runaround with customer service. Part of my order was not received I had to call several times and email several times trying to get the missing item. I'll customer service did was email trying to find out where the item is. To three additional weeks to get my item.
I needed 52 cheer skirts for a Powder Puff fundraiser. The first thing that caught my eye was the product appeared to be quality and the discount pricing was exactly what I needed. I was honestly concerned about the sizing but I needed the skirts quickly and no other site had this good of a deal...a deal that I could afford. I was so happy to see the skirts were EXACTLY what they said they would be and the sizing was right on. The skirts arrived quicker than I had estimated. I am very pleased with the purchase and thankful everything with the order was correct and expedited quickly. I will definitely use EPIC again for any future purchases.

I have sent pictures and emails 4 times to customer service and no one responded. I ordered many different things and 90% was ridiculous mis- sized. I ordered youth XL for my 7 year old the pants that came were big enough to fit my husband who is 6'5 220 lbs. ( trust me he put them on) I ordered adult women xs pants that my 4 year old couldn't even get on. I ordered multiple pairs of both pants and it is a total waste. I contacted customer service the next day- got an email saying they would respond... waited a week contacted them again and still nothing... As a parent of three very active athletes and a coach of 3 diferent teams/sports I was looking forward to these products. I understand sizing may be off but the lack of response is what frustrated me.

Ordered adult Penny's for the soccer team and they are too small. Not adult size at all.
Good, except a couple of sizes of the socks I want are not in stock, have not been for several weeks or longer. A couple of sets fit a little smaller than others I have ordered. Seem to be a full inch smaller/shorter than others I have gotten

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
