We were sent the wrong rakes but that was corrected in a timely manner.
I bought some socks and one of them already tore a hole in the toe. The socks were inexpensive, so I guess I get what I pay for.
My experience with Customer Service was tolerable, at best as their representative knew little about the product return in question, had no idea if another size would be an option and no suggestions as to other styles that might work. In addition, note their policy of 20-50% restocking fees (!) and return shipping at your cost. Not only that but, until I responded in protest, they informed me upon receipt of my return that it would be 30 to 45 days before I received a refund. Unacceptable. Check out their reputation and number of complaints posted with the Better Business Bureau and the fact that they are not accredited by the BBB. Homework I should have done prior to ordering.

Always exceeds expectations
Boot was insulated. Not mentioned in description.i only use in winter so a nice surprise. Order one size up they run small and a light sock makes it easier to take boot off.
We chose these simple medals for our recreational cheer squad, aged 14 and under. The girls really liked them and the medals were easy to customize (the lanyard and medal finish). Arrived very quickly and packed securely. Will definitely order again the future!
Items arrived earlier than expected. I am glad and my girls love their duffle bags. The track suit was perfect.
