I ordered several warm-up jackets for cheerleaders. The sizes ran much smaller than I had anticipated. So I ended up needing to return 3 of them, and get bigger sizes. The shipping was much quicker than I expected. And everything worked out great.

You Sent the wrong items initially. I trusted they were right and had them printed (as you would have charged a significant amount to print them for us), then discovered you sent 10 XS and 0 XL rather than 1 XS and 9 XL. Loved being told it was my fault for not checking initially (How wrong of me to trust that your company would send the correct items!) and I'd have to buy, at regular price, the 9 XL you failed to send the first time. However, they did arrive yesterday after being ordered on Monday, so we're thankful you're geographically close, and I guess we're thankful to have 9 extra XS shirts to use as cleaning cloths as few could wear an XS.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
