I found this site when looking for a less expensive version of the volleyball style Nike shorts the school required us to buy. I paid $8 a pair, instead of $30, so I bought 3 pairs and even with shipping, it was less than 1 pair. I ordered my daughter size Medium and they fit great -She is 5'3" and a 130lbs. She is actually using these for track and said they do ride up her legs. She does have muscular legs, so that may have happened with the Nike shorts as wellI.

I usually do the purchasing, but since it's my husband's soccer team, he did the order. I now see he paid $21+ to order $50 in lightweight merchandise. The package came quickly by UPS but it was a small envelope weighing less than a pound. Unfortuantely I had to exchange one item so far (still waiting on one item) and what cost me <$3 to pay return ship on will cost me another $10+ to have replacement item sent out... and this was the cheapest mode of shipping the 8 oz. Envelope to me! Thank Godness they waived the restock fee of 20-50% since I was doing an exchange. Think I'd better watch my credit card history to be sure I get refunded :( ONLY good points, Items rec'd thus far are nice and the customer return rep. Was very polite and professional. Most expensive soccer purchases ever, but finding little kids sizes locally is almost impossible-so they got me. Won't order again-pay more through another business and likely get free ship over $50!

I called in for an RA # to return items on the 30th day from receipt of my order (noting like waiting until the last minute!) and was told that no RA # would be issued and that the items could not be returned because they must be received IN THEIR WAREHOUSE BY the 30th day and even earlier if a shipment was received from a second supplier (Alleson in my case) so the merchandise could be received in Alleson's warehouse within the 30 days. I read and quoted the following statement that was on my invoice when I placed the order, "AN RA# WILL ONLY BE ISSUED WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE AND YOUR ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED ALONG WITH THE RA# WITHIN 10 DAY OF THE RECEIVING THE RA#". So you should have 40 days to get the return to them. Nowhere on the invoice does it say that the items must be received by them WITHIN the 30 days or that the customer must factor shipping time to a secondary supplier in that 30 days. So what the return policy really needs to say is that you have 20 days to get an RA# and 10 days to get it to them unless part of your order comes from another supplier, which you do not know until it does, then you have less time than that. I received nothing, except to be chastised because I had 29 previous days to get the items returned.

Order was received promptly and correct.
Price was the best around did not gave a 5 stars only because before they used to give a $ award saving coupon to use at anytime on your next order and they do not do that anymore but do like to order from Epic because they usually have the best price around. If I have to order in a hurry and not time to compare that is where I would go because a lot of times they are cheaper them the company that makes the product.

I had placed an order for our softball team. Not only was there an extreme delay. There was very little response and communication creating a more stressful situation. In the end, we were sent wrong sizes of socks and arriving more than halfway through the season. Ask a lot of questions before placing your order. I had ordered from them before without this kind of problem so maybe it was some new employees? Just call ahead of placing your order to learn HOW to place order so you can receive in the time you are expecting.
