For the past several years, I have bought a dozen pair of white Wigwam 625 socks. I have tried to order them several more times without success. If they are not going to carry them any longer, they should state that.

I have been a customer for a couple of year and purchased from their website a few times. Their return policy is horrible and do not try to accommodate or work with customers on problems. They charge you a 10-20% restocking fee and make you pay for shipping the items back, granted the items are not what you ordered due to wrong color or whatever the reason may be. They will only give you a credit if you purchase something else first. I was told by the representative that it is a general company policy and it does not matter if you bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from them. They will not give you any refund and make it a hassle to return anything. In other words, you bought it, you keep it. It is an awful feeling to know that you bought their junk and you are the sucker because there is nothing you can do about it. I am no longer a customer and hope they don't stay in business by operating this way.
This is the best store to shop for atheletic gear for my 4 daughters regardless of their sport! The prices and quality of their products is unbelievable. Fast service and great customer support is a big plus. Shop this store!

I ordered multiple brands of pants and the 3n2 brand pants are nowhere close to a Youth Medium. They are probably closer to a Youth Extra Small. Everything else was perfect, but now I have 2 wasted pants.

The Inferno medals for my 8th grade school volleyball was perfect! The spelling was all correct and the ribbon was a wonderful yellow/gold color. Just perfect! And the sales rep, Anthony, was the BEST! He was super helpful, efficient, quick to reply, and made sure the spelling was just what I wanted.
