I have always had a good experience with Epic Sports, using them for both my ball hockey and soccer teams medals and socks, etc but this time they have let me down in a very big way.
I was supposed to have received the medals for our soccer wind up yesterday, the party is on Sunday, and after a half hour on hold after trying twice to get to a customer service rep, it turns out that medals I ordered over two weeks ago have not even been shipped yet, and I have been waiting for an hour now to find out what is happening, not looking like I will be getting the medals for my team in time for the party, and at this point have no idea what is even happening with them... very frustrating and disappointing and the customer service is terrible
Packages came on time and all product was as stated. Will recommend to all my my associates. Service was even better my second order, cant wait til my new jerseys come in.
I received the wrong size shoes as part of my order. I had to CALL to get the shoes returned. After waiting on hold for about 5 minutes I selected the option to leave a voicemail without losing my place in line and someone would call me back. I did get a call back only to be told the voicemail was for SALES not returns and that I had to wait again. 15 minutes on hold to talk to someone.
Once on the phone I was told I HAD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE SHOES and prove I have the wrong size. After that, since the shoes where drop shipped from the manufacturer, I had to wait 3 days to get a "disposition" on my return. It's been 6 days since I called still no replacements, not return box/label (as promised) and notification that anything is on its' way.
I've always had great service from Epic. However, this is the first return I've ever had to process. Not the best experience.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
