The shopping part went real well, hope the delivery and the products are a good as the shopping.(UPDATE) Items arrived and were exactly as advertised. Wish I knew up front that the shipping was so high up front so I could get together with a few co workers and combined the orders to make that cost offset. But even with the sky high shipping I intend to order from them again.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
