My experience with Customer Service was tolerable, at best as their representative knew little about the product return in question, had no idea if another size would be an option and no suggestions as to other styles that might work. In addition, note their policy of 20-50% restocking fees (!) and return shipping at your cost. Not only that but, until I responded in protest, they informed me upon receipt of my return that it would be 30 to 45 days before I received a refund. Unacceptable. Check out their reputation and number of complaints posted with the Better Business Bureau and the fact that they are not accredited by the BBB. Homework I should have done prior to ordering.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
