Some of the shirts I ordered where not actually in stock, despite what the websites said, and I was not notified. It was not until I contacted Epic, that I learned my shipment was delayed and that they had no idea when the shirts would be in stock. They do not ship half orders, even when it's there mistake. The first customer service rep was pleasant, she told me what was happening and was apologetic. Then I received another email from a customer service rep who told me my eta was still the same, despite not having an item in stock and how I should wait to contact Epic until after my shipment doesn't show on expected date. That person was rude and did not give me correct information.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
