Free shipping with be a great idea especially at a specific price point. Shipping costs are high compared to other companies. Return prices are also high. I try not to ever return but sometimes its necessary.
Part of my order was wrong. So far, I'm getting pushback, so hopefully they square it away. So far, I'm not impressed with the responses I'm getting
Received multiple packages at different times when I ordered on the same day... also couldn't get an accurate shipping date from customer service. My order was shipped 2 weeks after the original shipping date.

I have been ordering uniforms for our car dealership and I have to do it online. I have tried, with no success, to call an order in and ask some questions but I can't get anyone on the phone. Once the call is automatically picked up I'm on hold for extremely long times and have not had any luck in getting a live person to speak to. I'm done trying and will order the vest from a different vendor. Also, shipping is too expensive and there are no offers of reduced shipping for larger orders.

My only issue was due to paying extra shipping. We ordered based on provided size charts, the size was huge on my daughter. After spending over $700 total since December on these jackets, as well as recommending them to others, to have to pay return shipping plus shipping on the replacement is extremely disappointing. It will affect my decision for future orders
