I bought a goalie jersey, and when it arrived it had a noticeable odor to it. My daughter was taking team pics the next day, so I washed and upon taking photos I noticed that the item had become "picked"... and it only just been put on. I sent a complaint to the company, for the inferior quality of the product. I went back and forth, with what felt like a BOT, for weeks. Every time they would ask for the same things, ie. Pics and a description of the issue. After several weeks of going back and forth I received an email that the request was put on hold due to offices closing for Covid. A month later, I tried to contact them regarding the issue again, and finally received an actual response that I SHOULD have gotten weeks earlier. Will never buy from them again. Quality of product is terrible and customer service is a joke.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
