This is the second time we have placed a custom order for our girls softball team with Epic and we are thoroughly satisfied with the product and service.
Ordering was simple and delivery was good. My only complaint is 1 officiate shirt had a coffee stain.
I ordered a few things for our softball organization and they arrived quickly. We did have an issue with one of the products getting damaged in shipping, but they were easy to work with and resolved the issue quickly.
Ordered my team (12y/o) boys baseball team a third jersey. Was on a tight budget as this was our third jersey. Boys think this one is the best. Two jerseys were not shipped, but once I notified them they were at my door in a week.

Epic always delivers in a timely fashion with quality projects. They are my go to for several items.
We ordered roughly 270 uniforms for a spring baseball & softball Little League season. 90% for the order was completed in a good way and decent quality for the price. The 10% of issues were no logos on visors, sizes not being accurate to order, missing items and some quality issues that can happen. The problem was the lack of customer service in responding to the issues. Almost impossible to speak to someone and when you need them, they were very defensive and combative attitude when you could get a hold of a person. The effort was placed into driving the buyer into an electronic portal that we had already done repeatedly, with no response. The "Chats" do not count as communication and is not relayed to anyone or any function box. A different rep said it had to be an email, and we lost a week of time in bad business process. We are a volunteer organization and do not have dedicated people to stay on this as a full-time job and that is what the subpar customer service made it feel like. All companies have issues, but I would argue how those issues are addressed really defines a company and Epic Sports has been an Epic disappointment in this regard.
