I will be buying again. The sizing chart was helpful in getting proper sizes for everyone. The order came on time and the turnaround time from order to delivery was impressively quick. I ordered a custom jersey for an event I'm attending, and EpicSports had EXACTLY what I needed! The color was great and the embroidery (while standard) was well done, and was in the style I was looking for! The jersey and embroidery were well made, and didn't cost that much in comparison to some other sites I was looking at (I only ordered 1 jersey). The only downside was that there was no option to preview the design so it matched what I had in my head (if that was an option I missed it). The jersey also came right on time when they predicted it would get to me, so that was great. It did take 4 weeks to get to me with standard shipping, so I would say if you can, order early!

I contacted support for help with a return on a faulty item and received poor assistance. I was charged both delivery and return postage, even though the trainers I received were defective. There was no proper option to explain the fault during the return process, and now I'm out of pocket for something that wasn't my fault. Still waiting to hear back from customer care.
