The style and fit of our pants, Champ Pro, were great, however, they did not hold up. We received them in Feb, prior to COVID 19 shut down. We finally used the pants in June. After 3 weekend tournaments, the knees were blown out. I called customer service, spent most of the 25 min call on hold, and was told they were not "able to do anything" as the pants have been in our possession for 4 months. I asked to speak with a supv., and repeatedly was told "as I have told you, we are not able to do anything." I asked if free shipping could be provided for a re-order, and was told there was nothing they were able to do by a supervisor that got increasingly testy. I pointed out it isn't a matter of able, they were not WILLING to do. Very poor customer relations.

I got some shirts that aren't the right size and I called them and I'm still waiting for a call back. Over all they are okay about shipping times and orders however this time around isn't ok.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
