I love dealing with Eric sports, affordable prices and great service. Doing has always been faster than advertised. Our group will always do business with epic sports as long as the customer service stays the same.
We've ordered soccer referee gear several times. Everything we've gotten was high quality and cheaper than I can find elsewhere. Shipping was reasonable and it always gets to us before the estimated shipping date.
Ordered two pair of long open leg allstar baseball pants. Paid $21.02 for "express" shipping. Six days later, received two pair of knee length baseball pants. Called customer service and was assured the problem would be taken care of right away if i sent pictures showing the wrong item I received. Did this, and another week later I receive another email saying there was a problem with the website size chart and they are happy to have corrected it. I STILL HAVE THE WRONG ITEM! Nobody at Epic Sports cares.
First mistake: sent only one swimsuit instead of the two I ordered.
Second mistake: when they got around to fixing mistake number one, they sent the wrong color suit.
Third mistake: told me that they'd ship the correct product when they saw that the wrong one I was shipping back was being tracked. They didn't. They waited until my return arrived.
Fourth mistake: they promised me the correct suit would ship out ASAP and via 2nd day air. 5 days later I called to check and it hadn't left the warehouse.
So what do I get for all this hassle? A refund on the suit I never received and then they made it clear that they were very GENerously also refunding my shipping costs. Right. For the product I never received. So generous of you to give me a shipping refund. Worst experience ever. I can't say enough how much I hated dealing with the incompetence of these people. Stay away.
Stay away from this company. Horrible return policy! They charge a restocking fee of 20-50%, which is only communicated on the invoice sent AFTER order is placed.
Additional shipping charge to exchange a girl's cheerleading uniform (ordered based on the sizing per the website) was another $10.65.
Also, to exchange all items from order must be received because company can only issue one RMA. Since I did not receive all items in one package, I would have to call back when all items arrive to get RMA #.
If I want to return cheerleading uniform, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Yes, their prices are good but their shipping rates are steep. Far worse then that though is their customer service. I asked them to help resolve a minor issue... a quick 5 minute effort and all would have been well. Their response, we can't help you. "We get requests all the time to help with problems and we just can't do that"
EPIC- congratulations, your stubborn insensitivity may have saved you 5 minutes of trouble and a couple dollars... but it will have cost you thousands in what you could have had since you have lost my business!
HIGH shipping costs! Horrible customer service when trying to sort out a shipping problem, spoke with manager even more condisending than the service rep! What a joke! Taking our teams business elsewhere! Very disappointing to see a "manager" have such arrogance! Never once cared about the customer!

There is false advertising on their site, they don't back up what they promote on their customer service is the worse I have ever dealt with when their misleading advertising was brought to their attention. Their sizing charts for their women shirts are 2 sizes to small and when shown proof that the shirts they advertise to fit a 44 bust measure only 20 inches across they play stupid and say they should fit. Worse company ever to deal with!
True story! I ordered WHITE baseball pants for my son... They came in just a few days but there were no tags and no packaging Inside the box----wanna know what the WHITE pants did come with? A BLOOD stain! Wish in could attach a pic. Here's the best part--- customer service manager told me to "wash them"!

I bought a picnic backpack from the website. When I received it, it was much smaller than the pictures and MUCH lower quality. It looked like it would fall apart from taking it out of the box. That's not the worst part...
I returned the item and contacted customer service. They informed me that I had to pay the shipping back and there would be a restocking fee since they put the dimensions on the site. I had to pay $21 for shipping back, and the restocking fee ended up being $45! For a returned $90 product, I lost $66. DO NOT BUY!
My child had a soccer bag and it came undone in 2 different places and she had only used it 10 times. They would do nothing because it had been purchased longer than 3 months. It was a gift so she didn't use it until season started back 4 months latter. I was very very disappointed in their response. They didn't do anything!
Ordered some custom shirts for women I call and ask about the sizing I was informed that they were women sizes even though they said Junior and that a medium is the same as a woman's medium so being a guy and not knowing about this I ordered accordingly.
I Got the shirts yesterday and a medium is not a medium I don't even think it would be a small ordered three shirts and just basically threw away the money called about my concerns of their staff and was referred to the measurement chart which being a guy that's why called and was assured that a medium was a medium. They should've said a woman's medium in juniors is not the same as a woman's medium and then I would've ordered something else. I think it is best if you go somewhere that you can see and order the product I didn't get in the long run it would be less expensive and a lot less frustrating

First and last time I will spend my money at epic sports. They do not give free exchanges and their shipping costs for one swimsuit was almost $10. I ordered one swimsuit on the 16th it's now the 22nd and my suit hasn't even shipped yet. When I called to check on my order I was informed that the guaranteed delivery date is the 3rd! Almost three weeks to get one swimsuit. This was the second one I ordered from epic because the first one I ordered was too small but since there aren't free exchanges and their return policy states there's no returns on swimsuits I was going to try to resell it myself. It only took days to get the first suit I ordered. It would cost me over $15 to return it because I would have to eat the shipping cost and pay return shipping and then pay their ridiculous restocking fee. When I called epic sports the associate Kristin was very rude and didn't care that my daughter needs the suit for work on the 23rd. I told them to cancel the order I would have to order one somewhere else. After our conversation Kristen emailed me and said the manufacturer already shipped it to epic so she couldn't cancel the order. This doesn't even make sense. The suit hasn't even gotten to epic yet so why can't they cancel the order? I am now receiving rude harassing emails from Kristen at epic sports even after I asked her not to send anymore. Wow this company is something else. Order at your own risk.
Purchased a basketball net for my son they EpicSports.
The box arrived torn and just "thrown in"with the pieces sticking out of the box.

Everything good. Except for the inferior product. The speed ladder broke two crossmembers on the first use. Our Ayso team ladders worked great for years with no broken parts. This was only one child during the first workout with it. That was very disappointing.
