This company offers great prices on some items especially close outs but when they send the wrong item or damaged items they refuse to make it right. It appears that since they are an online company they feel they are not held to standard business laws. Beware what you order as you are stuck with the item regardless of size color quality etc. Its too bad as I had high hopes for using them for our organizations sporting needs.

Not great to deal with. Ordered helmets for 12u & 13u boys baseball. Sent me adult sizes. Then was told I had to pay for shipping and restocking fees. Terrible company. Never again!
I ordered several items from epic sports and paid higher shipping so as to get the items in time before the game, but I just found out from EPIC SPORTS a day after I was expecting them to come in that they had just put them in the mail a full day after I was expected to get them in. They said for whatever reason that they were late getting to the order but was in no way willing to refund the extra shipping that I paid to get them in time. No emails from them, no tracking info for the order, guess they forgot to enter that info in as well. Would not recommend them, buy local
The knee pads we ordered for our basketball team was a very good quality. So good in fact, we ordered a set for the older girl's team too! Fast shipping was very much appreciated!

My school is a charter school system that is still in growth with its athletic programming. In January we decided to move forward with our softball/baseball teams; meaning from uniforms to gear.
From start to finish, overall, ordering to delivery everything worked out extremely well. There was one issue towards the end that Epic should work on. I ordered a first base mitt that was coming from the Epic warehouse as opposed to an outside vendor.
Epic will hold the entire order, which almost left my baseball team without 40% of our equipment. My advice is stay on top of your orders and they will accommodate however it is a process that should be reviewed.
Otherwise, the uniform kits were excellence materials. Hats, catchers equipment, batting helmets, mitts, baseballs and belts were top notch. I will continue ordering from Epic and would definitely recommend them to anyone!
