This has been a consistent issue with ordering from Epic Sports; delivery notification. Roughly half of the items I have ordered either ship without notification or ship and the tracking info is bad. For some items like embroidered bat bags, this is an issue since the delivery needs to coincide with the estimated delivery date as paid for in checkout. The last order I made, I paid for 3 day shipping. The estimated delivery date was 2/7 and I received the delivery on 2/12, nearly a week late.

Attempting to exchange items that didn't fit and having a very difficult time getting any service.
I paid for the 3-day shipping, but was emailed 3 days later there was an issue as they were missing 2 skirts. This held up the order until I had to respond with "send what you have, do NOT hold the order".
I have ordered with you several times, and the service has been great. But I still have not received all of the items from my last order from over two weeks ago.

I'm very happy with the arm sleeves we purchased for my girlfriend. She works in collections and is having some issues with tendonitis or something similar to that. She is a very tiny person (4' foot 11" and 91 lbs). We purchased the smallest, they fit, and are good fabric but I wish they were a tiny bit smaller around and the same length lol.

The item I purchased was within my budget for 4 sports banquets. The delivery time exceeded my expectation and I will be ordering from them again in the future.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
