I asked for a return for fit. I was left waiting on the phone for 30 minutes. I was then sent a return slip, which simply delineated my order and also informed me I pay for return postage also and some unspecified restocking fee. The return slip also warned that, at their discretion, they could refuse the return and garbage the item. WOW. Not your standard friendly dealer. Buyer beware.

My only issue was due to paying extra shipping. We ordered based on provided size charts, the size was huge on my daughter. After spending over $700 total since December on these jackets, as well as recommending them to others, to have to pay return shipping plus shipping on the replacement is extremely disappointing. It will affect my decision for future orders

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
