I have been ordering uniforms for our car dealership and I have to do it online. I have tried, with no success, to call an order in and ask some questions but I can't get anyone on the phone. Once the call is automatically picked up I'm on hold for extremely long times and have not had any luck in getting a live person to speak to. I'm done trying and will order the vest from a different vendor. Also, shipping is too expensive and there are no offers of reduced shipping for larger orders.

We have ordered a few things from Epic and have always had great service and received exactly what we ordered and in a timely manner. They have become our go to for ordering our sports equipment and apparel.
I was told I would get my item on the 21rst or 22nd of Feb but was quiet surprised to get it a week early considering what I ordered was needed the weekend I got the item. That was pretty awesome!
The order came faster than expected - they checked in with us a couple of times to make sure our order was received and it's a quality product. Nice job!
I received my entire order. It was a little slow but the shipping price was a fraction of the competitors so it was worth it. It wasn't a rush order. The equipment I ordered is made of cheap material, but again, the price was right.

Wish shipping was quicker. When product was delivered, one of the wheels will not roll. I am in conversation with customer service to get the issue resolved.
We ordered two pair of baseball pants and batting gloves for my growing son. One pair of pants did not fit right and the gloves were too small. Had a little trouble finding out how to return / exchange items. Long story short, after email customer service I was able to return and order a new pair of gloves. Only suggestion I have is to add a link for returns/exchanges to the website so customer will be able to handle without waiting on email response.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
