The prices are good unless you have problem and they won't correct it. We paid for 6 hats that say "A" instead of our team name. I called the day they arrived and the customer service rep was rude. He basically said it was my fault and I agreed when I ordered them that I could not exchange them. We are finished ordering form Epic. I have never been treated this way with any other sports goods company.

I ordered some jerseys for my team. A week and a half after ordering, the jerseys had not been shipped out and had an ETA of almost 2 weeks later... So I called to cancel the order and EpicSports charged me 20% restocking fee. I will never do business with them again.

I ordered baseball jerseys the medium sized jerseys that I ordered are a total different Jersey than the small and the large that I ordered. Eye contact customer service I spoke to Christina she said she was going to look into it that I needed to send their pictures of the five jerseys that were wrong so I did and I'm still waiting I'm still waiting for the response to see if I can get those medium size jerseys I need to change some of the sizes on those 5 medium size jerseys.
Pants did not seem to be sized correctly as they did not fit and I own another pair of same pants. Not satisfied with leaving a message to receive approval for return and never getting a return call. Upon 2nd attempt to get return approval was on hold for over an hour. Was not informed that there is restocking fee when I requested return. Noticed this fact when I was reviewing paper to return merchandise. Overall not satisfied with product, customer service, or amount of money it cost me to basically try on a pair a baseball pants. Will not be ordering from this company again in the future...

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
