You need to standardize your shipping cost. I'm sure you can offer an expedited option but the majority of customers would like 1) a flat rate 2) to see it before check out, especially if they are logged into the site. Shipping should be free after a certain spend threshold (spend x, get shipping free) to encourage clients to hit your desired per order dollar amount. Nobody likes paying for shipping, and I mean NOBODY, especially the younger generation. If I know I'm close to qualifying for free shipping, I'll order more to avoid paying for shipping. I order a TON of stuff online and $11.40 for two light weight jackets felt wrong. It's the last thing I saw in my transaction and it kinda stung.
Other than shipping, keep working hard!

Everything was fine once we got the corrected size in.
The phone system is the reason I don't shop more at Epic. I stayed on the line yesterday for about 10 minutes (said I was #7 in the que and had a wait time of 17 more minutes). I left my number for my place in line and got a call 4 hours later (7:00 pm) when I was out eating dinner. I think you need a better system or more people answering the phone. Otherwise my experience was very nice.
Shipping seems to be very expensive.
The sizes are not as clear between men's and youth.
The embroidery on hats we're schetchy.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
