Ordered my products March 9,3 weeks prior to needing them, and was given a March 22 delivery time. As of March 19, my products had not been shipped. When I finally got in touch with a representative (on hold for 1 1/2 hours) I was informed they had not received the items from the vendor. Considering they had 3 weeks to get the order, I was not happy. I cancelled that part of the order but I did receive my other product on time.
