My first experience was great!
Bought 2 of the same products, different colors, but sizes are 4 sizes difference. Totally mismarked. Tried calling to get it fixed and customer service is a joke. Left number for a call back and of course no response. Your system said leave a number and you won't lose your place in line, wrong! You totally lose your spot and no-one ever returned my call. Told all parents on the team not to use your company.

I hesitantly placed my order on 3/5 with an expected delivery of 3/20. Only today 3/23 am I receiving a notice saying my order has finally shipped. Not acceptable in this day and age. It shouldn't take a company 15 business days (assuming Mon-Fri only) to ship out an item. Now I have to wait and see if I even receive the right products!
We have been looking for a new catchers bag for my 14 year old. He plays on multiple teams so it needed to be durable. This bag checked everything off our list. Perfect size for all of his equipment, heavy fabric so it won't tear, and the back of the bag needed to be stiff either with a cardboard piece along the back or bars to support it. We have had a problem with his current bag collapsing as he rolled it. This one has bars along the back to keep it from collapsing. Also, it wasn't crazy expensive. Some can cost up to $200 and with everything he needs I didn't have that kind of money to spend on a bag. I highly recommend this bag, perfect for the purpose.
