The training was relevant to my needs. I was not informed about extra costs of card & download until after course completion! I found that misleading.

The information provides the training is good, I learned things like laws that apply in each case together with important data that did not know before.

It was easy as I could do it in my own time and did not have to attend a class, which can be hard when you live out of town. I will definitely do other courses in the future. Thank you

Quick and easy to do online tests but not so much to finalise your assessments with long waiting times for phone calls that I didn't realise when I paid for it. If you need your RSA ASAP I would recommend only use this service if you have time.

REALLY EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND USE. THE ONLY IMPROVEMENT I WOULD HAVE LIKED IS THAT MY FEEDBACK CONTINUALLY SAID THERE WERE TRAINER NOTES AND EVEN THOUGH I ASKED WHERE THEY WERE I COULD NOT FIND THEM AND NO ONE GAVE ME INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO VIEW THESE NOTES.

Access was quick and user friendly. The course was very informative and I believe gaining this knowledge and attaining a white card will be extremely beneficial in my job seeking endeavours.

Good price, had quite few issues with the audio for some reason had to complete several times but only some of questions not all which was odd but got sorted & card on the way

Really pleased with the assessment method. The fact that I could download the entire course content to read, highlight and make notes before answering questions or paying pleased me greatly.

I was surprised to find that the questions put to me in this course were straight forward & easy to understand which makes it easier to state your answer correctly.

Later after thinking i had completed white card, it seems THERE'S MORE TO DO! To complete it...this makes me mighty miffed... but i'm getting my head around it and will complete soon. Ian

I found the learning content presented in an understandable format and it was good that you could read through again during the questions to refresh your thoughs. Overall a very good training plan.

Flexible - As a refresher, it works - we know the information let us smash out that quiz and get on with our lives rather than sit through irritating voiceovers and laborious videos.
