I started this course with the information that I would not be charged until completion, I answered 136 questions which apparently completed my course and then was asked for Payment details, once I went through with everything and they took the money from me, they then proceeded to hit me with a list of ridiculous tasks to do by Video which never once worked, it felt like I was going through immigration with some of the questions I was asked. To top it off there are no contact details what so ever even though they claim to have a Support unit which are contactable by Email or Phone. How do these companies get away with this, I just hope I can get my money back.

I'm foreign...they failed me due to my accent very strong they can't understand my English... every time I provide my answers with record video they said my answers is wrong...and I ask they got any hints? They said can't give...have to find myself.

They are rude and bad attitude...

Thieves. The whole point of trying to get this certification is to learn the skill and yet the final assessment has to be a role play. The teacher Patrick called me, spoke so fast and then said ready. He commenced the role play and after 2 back and forths he started to talk about rebooking. I didn't even realise till half way thru his explanation he was failing me. How am I meant to know how much back and forthh we were meant to have in this fake scenario. If he asked me questions I would have been able to answer but because I couldn't act it out within 2 min he said I have to do everythign again and rebook. After asking for his help cause I didn't even understand what I did wrong he hung up, no goodbye. This is my first certification attempt and schooling since highschool 16 years ago and never in my life have I experienced a teacher dismiss someone so quickly.

I went to a new website, did the same training and recieved a certificate that same day. EOT took a week to get done waiting on them to respond to video uploads and booking phone tests. What a waste of time.
I emailed a complaint and asked for a refund. Which
I got a really disappointing response declining the refund because they "granted access to the material" I should have to pay. Yet all this "material" is free online and the new website also gave me this material yet I was certified with them by that same afternoon.
This school offers no support to help you learn or if you make a mistake in the fake acting role no reasoning or guidance.
Horrendous.
AHAWA site was easier and I was certified the same day. Go there.

Did online course and was impressed with the substance of the course materials, methodology of training and assessment, and ease of use of website, particularly the student dashboard. The flexibility of doing the course was super helpful. Very helpful and personable support staff available, and the communication was nothing short of brilliant (emails advising of your progress and status of assessments; assessor comments on submissions, etc). Have already signed up for another course due to the silky-smooth experience with EOT.

I had to keep stoping and starting. Paid 3 times and never received the certificate as it takes you back to the beginning if you don't complete it quick enough. Would not recommend.

It advertises a fast and reliable service, but as soon as the first payment goes through everything slows down by a lot. They require you to pay for faster service, because without said faster service it takes weeks to get an appointment for the white card or even the RSA. DO NOT RECOMMEND, real scammy vibe and requires way more time and money than advertised.

Same day! Get real... verbal section 1 month wait. Look elsewhere.

The whole thing is so sketchy, the questions and info are ok, but seriously a 1 month wait to complete it.

Of course you can pay for priority but ends up costing the same as a degree in hospitality.

The 136 question test is not easy, but do-able.
Once you complete it, you are congratulated. You then pay (which is NON-REFUNDABLE)
Then they ask you to rate them & type a review etc
AFTER you did the review, just being happy you passed the test.
Then you have to produce your drivers licence & eventually your Australian passport...

Then an VIDEO ASSESSMENT from a 50page Learner Handbook
Then an Audio Assessment
Following that a LIVE audio assessment
Then producing your passport
And USI,unique student identifier number

I went through the entire written part and passed, I paid for the certificate including the physical "certificate" to be sent but when I got to the part where you have to respond to a video situation with a video and the correct response, I tried once and was told to elaborate more on my response so I did it again with a far more elaborate response and I never got any feedback on that or ability to continue, when I tried clicking on the emails it just wouldn't let me continue the course and there's no good way of contacting anyone for support or help.

Trying to get a refund, for not being able to continue the course and its not even 24 hours after the payment

Do not do your training with this company that's all I can say they say they have a phone number. But all it is your just talking to a robot system and not a person. And what ever you do, don't use afterpay with them as well. I don't know how afterpay is doing business with them. I'm clad that I got my money back.

EOT engages in Bait & Switch behaviour. Avoid them. EOT advertises express training. However, they want an extra $120 for the "priority" service. No priority and you will wait days for a turnaround to an email or for the oral assignments. Classic bait and switch actions..

I wanted to complete the RSA in advance, before entering Australia. That means, I did not have an Australian bank account and address yet. After completing the whole test (which is pretty long), I wanted to pay with my credit card which is obviously not Australian, that did not work. I contacted the support which was unable to help and at one point ignored my emails; no response anymore. Now, my whole progress is deleted and I can start over again. I am pretty disappointed and do not recommend this website.

You cannot complete the course for the advertised price. Once you complete the first 136 question questionnaire you are constantly prompted to pay an extra fee in excess of $100 for priority service. I refused this at every stage adding maybe 10 days to the "review" process only to reach the final stage and find out you CANNOT book the final interview due to only priority customer booking slots. Forcing you to pay the priority fee.
This is misleading.
I went elsewhere and did the course again.
DONT DO IT!

I attempted to complete my RSA through this company, but it is a massive regret and I have lost $64.
Do not go near this place.
EOT is a scam. There are MONTH long wait times and they expect you to pay upwards of $100 to speed up the process. The multiple choice section is long and pedantic, questions were repetitive and irrelevant and it was incredibly boring and text heavy. I move on from this section, pay, and then need to complete MORE assessments including and intelligence test (?!), stimulated workplace test, audio assessment and live phone call audio assessment. Well, it was at that point I realised this thing is NOT LEGITIMATE and just paid for a different RSA course.
In this second course, my final assessment was marked in 1 hour and I got my RSA quickly. There are better options out there, look on the VGCCC website for approved RTOs to deliver RSA training online.
