Really appreciated that I could work at my own pace and lots of information provided.
I managed to complete the questions in good time as they were easily understood and if I needed to clarify then it was a simple move between the course notes and questions.

Firstly, I didn't appreciate being made to pay prior to finishing the course. That is too dodgy.
Secondly, in the video responses, one of the questions requested you give two options to a patron (water, soft drink, food) and in my response I did give two options, yet that question was marked incorrect and I've had to do it again. I'm sure it's trying to force me to go premium. Again seems dodgy.

Not sure why I was asked to rate the course before it was finished and only after the multi choice section. It would also have been helpful if the PPE items required were made clear at the start so that they could be made available before end of test. I was doing course on weekend and hoping to get ticket for use on the Monday but that was not possible. It should be made clear that the process takes 24-48 hrs during normal work hours to complete and have ticket applying for.

The videos were good teaching tools

The videos were good teaching tools. The information provided is detailed and relevant. The assessment questions are mostly well-worded and relevant but some were worded in a confusing way and/or referred to content that was not in the notes. Staff are responsive to emails when you contact them for help. The big downside for me is having to wait at least five weeks (!) to do the second part of the assessment, which is a live conversation with an assessor. These appointments are also only available in business hours which is a problem if you are already employed - you will need an hour off work and cross your fingers that the assessor calls on time. So just be aware of these issues if you are planning on getting your RSA quickly and/or you are already employed. If I had known about this I would have selected a course I could get done in person over a weekend (although obviously that will cost more) and I would not have selected this course.

It is very difficult to go wrong on the test

It is very difficult to go wrong on the test. Anyone who has done any workplace induction will be familiar with the format. I would like to see the manual on the same page as the questions as if writing on paper but that is a minor quibble. Service was fine and delivery prompt.

The questions were good but the final part where you have to submit a stat dec was not explained clearly enough so I went and got my own stat dec. It should have been signed more clearly that there is one ready to print

I found this course easy to navigate through the questions and answers. I learnt a lot doing this course. Very informative. I was able to do my phone assessment anytime of the day 24/7 which worked for me as I had done it during the christmas/new years period. Thank you

Most of all the induction Dos'nt have anything involved with my line of profession as a truck driver apart from on site rules like speed limits and ppe clothing. I have never been in any of the places in 27 years of driving in which I need to know about just to get on site's in have been to load and unload. Hope this is good enough for a piece of plastic.

Very Thorough

Very Thorough. Some sections of study pack do not match activity questions.
Audio assessment requires refining especially as preparation does not fully prepare for the final assessment.
Very pleased with manner of assessor during follow up to initial assessment.

It was quick and easy except a hold was put on my account for 5 days even though it was paid when I needed to close the account which put my in financial debt because of other bills. That should be stated when using visa debit

Learning more
The learning survey/questions were very long winded and sometimes frustrating in time taken to complete, especially when only used for one charitable event of serving drinks in the foyer of a large Office block, displaying art. Also when one is 85 years old and not used to on-line experiences on a computer.
The phone questions were quite good to do as a one on one.
The certification was required and thus happy to obtain one, thank you.
The cost was very reasonable.

The experience relatively ease to access and complete. Appreciated the option of leaving a message on an recording system or speaking to a person for the oral assessment. Received all the communication documentation promptly. Only improvement feedback would be, awareness of the complete process, e.g. the necessity of the scanned documents and the Stat Dec, particularly for the first time users (certainly understand the need for it).

Easy and convenient to use on line

Easy and convenient to use on line. Could not use Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge to do the video assignments - after several failed attempts I contacted the help line and was advised to use Google Chrome. This worked really well - it would have saved a lot of time and frustration had there been a note giving this advice in the initial instructions.

It was easy to understand and use. On delivery there should have been some cardboard behind the certificates so the post office c Ups to bend them. Even though it was written do not bend they were bent in the letter box. Please for future reference put cardboard in the envelope with the certificates. Thanks Shane.
