Good customer service.They gave me a ride from where I dropped off my car to be fixed. I did not need to go to enterprise to drop off the car they picked it up from the garage when I went to pick up my car after it was fixed.

The rental office is less than inviting, but the employees were nice. The pre-rental maintenance was less than adequate on the truck I rented.
They had a plenty of vehicles for me to choose from at the last minute. I had chosen one level of vehicles that I needed, but ended up upgrading in case of bad weather moved in where I was going for the weekend. They explained everything thoroughly and clearly and completed paperwork in a timely manner. I really loved seeing the same smiling faces there that I've seen in the past which really gave me great confidence in knowing I was dealing with a reliable company and not a greedy corporation with massive employee turnovers. I will be going back for more rentals in the near future.

Terrible experience. Enterprise rented me a little car knowing a winter storm was due to begin the same day that the vehicle was rented. They should have provided an upgrade or even just a different economy car that was simply safer to drive. I am very disappointed in Enterprise.
Great staff at this location. Always following up and when came to appointment time, the called to let know no cars were available and made arrangements to keep me informed when did. Drop off was easy and painless as well. Each time I worked with Cristina it was a pleasure.
