Good customer service.They gave me a ride from where I dropped off my car to be fixed. I did not need to go to enterprise to drop off the car they picked it up from the garage when I went to pick up my car after it was fixed.

The rental office is less than inviting, but the employees were nice. The pre-rental maintenance was less than adequate on the truck I rented.
They had a plenty of vehicles for me to choose from at the last minute. I had chosen one level of vehicles that I needed, but ended up upgrading in case of bad weather moved in where I was going for the weekend. They explained everything thoroughly and clearly and completed paperwork in a timely manner. I really loved seeing the same smiling faces there that I've seen in the past which really gave me great confidence in knowing I was dealing with a reliable company and not a greedy corporation with massive employee turnovers. I will be going back for more rentals in the near future.

Michaela was the gal who got me into the rental. Very accommodating down earth and professional. I informed enterprise a that I would be a couple hours late returning the rental because my car wasnt out of the shop yet, And they were great! They worked with me, no extra fees. I was very pleased. I mean everyone was so helpful, including the detailer who gave me a ride to pick up my vehicle; she was awesome too. So I give enterprise two thumbs up, And a happy face.🙂

Terrible experience. Enterprise rented me a little car knowing a winter storm was due to begin the same day that the vehicle was rented. They should have provided an upgrade or even just a different economy car that was simply safer to drive. I am very disappointed in Enterprise.
