The tea itself and the overall concept is neat. Ordering was easy and the arrival was on time. Upon receiving my order, however, the box itself was broken (lid had unhinged and separated from the base) and the tea pouches were scattered everywhere.

Product is great, no problems with the store itself, but shipping was longer than estimated. It changed hands between 3 different carriers and a lot of times it was stuck in a waiting status for days. I ordered right around Christmas though so I may give it another try outside of peak shipping season.

When my order finally arrived, I did not realize that I, somehow, selected and ordered the wrong tea. I called and spoke with their representative who was very pleasant. In the end, they resolved my problem and I am thankful for that. Five 's to this store 😊

I don't expect a lot from a web site. It shouldn't be an herculean effort to present a shopping site that requires such monitoring. If you're truly concerned, pay your programmers more and engage in more fruitful life experiences. Sheesh!
