I love English Tea Store! I regularly restock several go-to items (particularly the Irish Breakfast Decaf tea and McVitie's digestives) from ETS. My only issue--and this shipment is the first time I've ever had it happen--is that the packaging on the big back of tea was punctured during the packing process, so some of the tea leaked out into the box. Aside from that minor issue, ETS is always 5/5.
Had to chat and get a phone number, but Jennifer and Sam helped me through the process. They are a great company and always have great and quick service.
