We are a business that rarely needs the types of products from Engineering Supply. This being said, when I do need to order something I find their website easy to follow and placing an order was easy.

Please change the Chat Window. It kept intruding on the button to place the order. Otherwise, the shopping experience was very good. The product I received is better than I anticipated.
