I actually at first only received 1 pair of scissors out of 10 and had to call to find the rest of my order. I finally received the other 9 pairs on 6/04.

Best price around! Very satisfied with getting a call to confirm I placed the order and confirm delivery. We placed instructions on the package NOT to leave on the doorstep but it was left there. I'm thankful it wasn't stolen! This is a rough part of town and we left those instructions for that reason. The sales person agreed and placed the message but the Delivery Company personnel did not comply.

So far, our experience has been good. Easy website to navigate and shop from. However, i received the shipping and tracking email the day of arrival. We almost called customer service because we were afraid that it hadnt shipped and we needed it. So more prompt and timely emails would save your customers worries. Thanks so much.

Because my item was a special order, I was told it would take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive. It came faster than that, which was appreciated!
