They are not available. There is no phone number and when my website was down on Saturday morning I got a canned email saying they would return to the office on Monday at 8:00 am. I would stay very far away from this company and not pay high fees for nothing. They can't even tell you what they provide when questioned about what the fees provide for me.

I'm happy with website they build for my businesses. When I need them i text them they return calls! No worry's. I trust Engage!
I'm a small business owner. I need to take my website down because my business is closing I just need access to my email for a few more months and they're basically telling me no. They can't do that. I've asked them for suggestions on how to remedy the problem, and they won't help. Very regretful with deciding to use them when there are so many to chose from. (turning to google to figure it out myself)
Joris has done an outstanding job. He is responsive and constantly offering to help take any work off my shoulders, which is great for me. He listens really well to me and offers great suggestions. Very pleased.

I was dreading the idea of updating my website and SEO and put this off for about a year. A friend referred me to Engage after having a great experience. They are great to work with. The process was smooth and easy. They worked quickly but efficiently. Their pricing is very fair and way more cost effective than my previous provider. I am extremely happy with the end results
It has been the worst move we ever made to go with your company. We were at Engage for one reason to build out an SEO plan and execute at an affordable price. Never happened, * tried working with us but the betrayal from * ( Our first contact with Engage) we could not get past and then never being able to talk directly with him didn't help. Bottom line, I told * we have a website on Shopify and we just need SEO work, Keywords, metatags and so on. Didn't want to move the website to your platform for the reason I like to be able to add and move things around as I enter new products without having to wait 24-48 hrs for that to happen. We ended up moving the site to your platform, I never really liked the results, I couldn't change things after going through most of our busy time of year. Feed up I put the site back up on Shopify and hired another SEO/marketing company. I think engage is for the Hobbyist or Mom/dad who want a website that they don't want to have to deal with but not for online sales or businesses not a good fit.

They just keep spamming my business through my website after repeated requests to stop doing so. This has been occurring for upwards of 6 months.
Prior to working with Engage, our company website was completely outdated. They completely redesigned our website and made the process super easy. I now have a website that I am proud to show my clients.
Engage has been great to work with from start to finish. As a business owner, I don't have the bandwidth to dedicate much time to my website.

Sloppy work and expected me to still do every I had in the past but to pay them! Gave me discounts because of how erroneous their work was but then billed me later for discounts and said my bank account was short! They gave my website an email that was not even mine and created a contact form that landed in a different email so mental health clients were re routed all over the place and not tended to. Months later I am still fixing their issues. Billing is crap and just a bunch of text messages that end when they feel they are correct. They will destroy your business. Btw… this is for 2 sites! Both were horrible!

Customer service is HORRIBLE. And then when I finally decided to dump them, they hijacked my site! Such a crappy way to do business.

I was previously with a web company that handled my website very poorly and never made any improvements whatsoever. I had a new rep every 3 months due to their HIGH turnover.
