Ive been with them for over a year and work directly with my account manager for help. They are great to work with and follow through on all my requests. Long story short, its works and the service does what its supposed to do. I had a few urgent requests during the holiday that I was able to get completed which was a big help.

Overall i have had a positive experience with the company. Initially I had some issues with the pages not loading and they were able to take care of it. They were also very transparent from the start which was very much appreciated.
Overall good experience with Engage. I had some lingering issues with my website and SEO that they were able to take care of. The process quick quick and painless and was live under 1 week. Another thing is that they were transparent from the start and set the right expectations which is something my previous company wasnt helpful with.
I used them for another businesses that I had and eventually sold it. Ill be using them again for a contracting business im starting. They are reliable and easy to work with.
Our previous provider lacked functionality and was performing poorly on Google.

This company does not have a Hotline, no Facebook page but only via TEXT and Email!
The company collects fees without providing invoices, and when stopping the service, they will block the customer's website to force the customer to continue. That's hooligan!
They charged my service for 6 months and continued to charge me every month until the 13th month.
When I discovered it and sent an email 30 days in advance asking to stop, they blocked the Webside. (This is the Webside I already have.) If you want them to serve you, I advise you to ask them to provide a contract and return your Webside access rights after stopping service, or better, do not do business with this company because it is ineffective and will waste money. (I have informed thousands of hair and nail salon owners across the United States about this company on all social networking sites to avoid being deceived by Engage company.)
I had 3 bad experiences previously. They made it easy! Dedicated tech that walked me through the process.
I was with an horrible Website designer, who I lost business for almost a year because they never had my website set up correctly and I lost a lot of business because of this, but since I went with this website designers I'am so happy I'm sorry that it took so long to make that decision to go with Engage thank you guys I really appreciate all of you
No direct communication by phone, everything is by email.
They do not refund any of the annual fee if you only use them for 2 months!

My account manager helped with the transition and made the switch very easy. The team is very reliable and consistent. Quick turnaround with my requests. Its a no brainer IMO.
Cinnamon, my rep, was very knowledgeable and helpful; prompt. She always was able to answer all my questions and solve any minor issues. All in all, I was actually amazed at how easy the transition of websites went!
Let me let you know a little something about this business called engage. Please don't believe anything they tell you because it's a lie. And number two don't let them get your domain. Because after you find out they don't do what they tell you going to do they will wipe you off of the internet so please stay away from this company they are a bunch of crooks...
I would not recommend anyone to use this company they are crooks. They lie, and they will steal your money. Every month you would not get what they tell you they gonna do it's all a line of bull crap and when you find out that they are stealing your money and not doing what they say. They will take your domain like they built your website And knock you off of Google and everybody else website you might be on, so I recommend no one to use this company…
