Wish it was less expensive.
I started using PreFuel before early morning swims followed by ProEnergy as a post-workout breakfast replacement. I never felt better and have: 1) increased my workouts from 2k to 3k yards, 2) reduced the calories I consume before lunch with no loss of energy, and 3) saved $6/day by skiping the venti americano and chocolate croissant at Starbucks every morning. Taste and calories are good enough to avoid food and even coffee cravings before lunch. I can't explain the coffee part... perhaps its the energy boost from whey.
