The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

It seems tô have been very straigjhtforward and honest. The ónly things that I have been confused about is that it sounds like it is for Arizona, BUT I live in Nevada. I hope I have not given you all of this info, just tô find out it is not for people who own homès in Nevada. Please clarif6 this for me. Thanks you very much!

Excellent, fast and professional help! The two gentlemen that fix the attic roof and lower space in installation were kind courteous, well mannered and completed an excellent job in a timely way
So far really good

Not sure that I have the best price when compared to Trinity Solar Panels.
The program lured me with its ability to inform if my residence is in a zip code area that provides for free installation, however it did furnish the said answer.
All it does is collect your contact info to create a sales call.
This part is just to fill out the 100 character requirement.
You never stated whether my zip code qualify 's. What are the zip codes that qualify. State of Arizona is not aware of any such program.
Good luck 🤞-if I am eligible for solar system for
My house and monthly bills are enforceable for me.would be helpful reason why I am a senior disability retirement, already struggling to pay bills. Curious to learn what I can save some bucks in this highline resational period I am passing through with my family. And I am a hearts patient. Thanks.
You indicated I would know in two minutes if I was eligible. Once I entered all my information I must wait for a phone call. I do not want a phone call. Please cancel my request.
You asked for my zip code to see if it was in a qualified area. You used misleading tactics to obtain more personal information. The creator of this tactic is a liar and I can't do business with liars.
I'm unclear as to the necessity for another insurance company: Ours has been highly rated for many years. I thought the solar panels were to be installed by Suncovia. Do I have to switch insurers? If so, why?
Your ad was for information about solar energy. It was a cloak for home insurance.
I'm happy to tell you every follow up call from your comrades was screened and blocked. Likewise your future emails to me will go to my spam box.
We now know WHEN the increase in usage occured. We also had a heating and cooling employee come to our house on 1/13 and check our furnaces. Due to have 3 GEO thermal furnace units and 1 electric furnace, the most logical reason for the increased monthly billing is due to the increase in electric rates.
Nothing yet my experience has happen yet don't no whyineed to talk about anything when all iv done is been siting here waiting for someone to get ahold of me lol wow
Nothing specific--no information on cost of the system, how much it would save, where it would be located on the property--whether on the roof or stand-alone
This doesn't tell me if my property qualifies for $30k credit toward solar at all. This is just a lead generation referral tactic. Misleading.
Anything to help lowering our utility bills is appreciated by our neighborhood residents it's ridiculous how much of our retirees have to pay for utilities
God bless
It was fine. All the information was very clear. The steps required were all very easy to follow. It did not take me very long to complete which was important.
Seems quite easy and straightforward! My neighbor has solar panels and I have been thinking about learning if it would be worth getting Solar Panels!
I'm interested in getting financial data relative to installing solar collectors. However, I may be stuck - I'm age 72 and, although well educated, I am somewhat computer obsolete.
I resent being sold insurance while I came here to explore solar. Also, way too many clicks and you still haven't delivered on the promise to tell me whether I can get free solar. You asked for my zip code, and now you're populating a prospecting database and I'll be bombarded by sales calls.
