Our credit sucks I'm going to tell you right off the top Lowe's install the fence and literally put it 2 ft higher than the ground and we're being penalized it because they installed it unprofessionally wrongly backwards missing pieces and they charged $45,000 I never finished it and yes left all the pieces in the yard thinking that we were going to do it when we're elderly we're in our 70s how can we put a fence together so our credit sucks big time so if you can still do us the service of giving a solar energy that would be great but if you need excellent credit you can forget it cuz we don't have any and the woman next door to us who is literally having sex with the captain of the 120 Force NYPD has them over her house every weekend you hear them screaming from the bedroom and they have so many violations against us when it rains we live on a hill besides she's stolen our property she also calls the building department on us every week stating that when it rains our water goes to her house in her basement she's a nut but when you call the building department they have to write it up I don't know what to do we've lived here this house has been in my husband's family since the 1900s and we're not going anywhere but we just don't know what to do and then the house goes to our granddaughter Jacqueline and what are we going to leave her she won't let us get any work done on the house or neighbor Gale Strassburg I just don't know what to do she's stolen Our Land she even owns the land surveyors cuz everyone that comes they call her the mayor of Highview Avenue I just don't get it it shows that she stole our property but you can't touch her because she's literally sleeping with the captain of the NYPD the 120 precin on Richmond Terrace I mean she has them over every weekend and you hear them having a threesome in the bedroom come on now can I get some help out here I'm disabled my husband's elderly we try and live a quiet life we can't even get people to come out and paint our home because she says to them if a piece of paper falls on our property while you're painting the house we're going to call the police on you and get you arrested and they will lock you up for the rest of your life how do you tell that to people that come to work for us I don't get it I do not understand how she has this much power yes she sold them a house she works in real estate how does she have this much power over the NYPD I don't know what to do the harassment that she causes us I just can't take it anymore I'm losing my mind she's had me attacked beaten with shovels I haven't been right since I walk little Walker now I don't know what to do anymore we can't even go in our backyard and enjoy our built-in swimming pool that my husband did for me for one of my Mother's Days he put in a built-in pool for me we need help please we need a damn good attorney and we need help no one should have to live this way my sister across the street who was my dear dear sweet friend Christian woman she had to leave her home she wanted her so bad and her kids that she literally had to give the house back to her bank and get out of there I mean where's the laws at here this woman is literally tearing this neighborhood apart I don't know what to do I really don't we need help can you please help us she's literally had the Con Ed she knows everybody our electric bill went from $200 a month to 1700 a month now you explain that one she is done everything in her power to try and get us to move out of our home which is been in my husband's family since it was built in the 1900s we're not going anywhere my husband had a great job he works for local 3.
