My experience with Sunrun has been horrible. Christian was helpful responding to my question but offered no solution to the Issue. I've been working on this issue for the past 3 months or more. I am waiting confirmation from Sun Run staff regarding determining a means to reduce PGE/SOLAR cost and installation of adding solar panels. The offer stated that Florida had benefits for certain areas of Florida and I needed to fill out a form that said I would notified with my eligibility and if yes then I would receive a quote to my email. It also said that a contact would be calling but surely I expected to be an opportunity to go through the quote. I never received a quote but had continual sales calls asking to set up a time to my house and asking so many questions Im thinking is to identify any issues with being paid if I hired them. This is a sales app to collect names and give to companies for cold calling.

I hate being asked for every personal detail just to investigate possible opportunities and the forced call is not ideal either. It's no a good time and I don't feel it's appropriate to force me to take calls just to satisfy my curiosity

DTE is horrible to senior citizens, I didn't get a bill for 3/2025 so I got 2 bills close to 200.00 I requested to these credit cards for 2130, for bills, utilities & I Got Nothing! I'm retired and don't get a pension only SSI.!
They go up 25%, but they only want to take off between 5 - 10%.
You know as well as I do, that is not enough. They need to sit back and examine what they have done to us. What makes them think that they can just go up on our rates without any repercussions. This is not just for any of us.
I don't like the random dial thing. I like to know who's calling me. Not just a number state from a number a computer chooses. I usually nine times out of 10 won't answer a number like that.
I would go solar when the government pays for the panels to help the people like myself that's on a budget to afford to go solar instead of having a loan for panels for 4,5, or even 6or 7 years. That's what makes solar so unaffordable.

The first thing any provider should do - before contacting me - is do a Google map search to look at my roof and see if my roof is compatible with solar panels. I was told in the past that they are not.
I got an email that said, verify and view your report, but when I opened it, it just took me back to the beginning of the process and asked me for my ZIP Code again. I still don't have my report.
