Lots of questions hasn't told me anything yet about the system how long it takes when the system could be installed. What kind of roof is on the house. And all this for no cost.

Good
April 17, 2025

Good. What a need. My bill in. The winter can be as much $500. My husband of 52 years died Christmas of 2023. Making ends meet on one income is difficult. This could make a BIG difference.

No conclusion
April 23, 2025

No conclusion. The information that should follow, will be vital in forming a final positive or negative conclusion. A tally of the discount available for my district says it all.

As is usually the case, your advertising doesn't seem in line with what sevices you provide OR ant info on government subsidies. You are retrying to sell a product. This is ok. You're a business. But say that upfront. It's bait and switch advertising. Even if I were considering solar, I would not use your company nor will I recommend to anyone else. Consumers don't appreciate companies. Assuming we are ignorant.

You offered information based on ZIP code and then fished for information that had nothing to do with qualifying for solar rebates, tax breaks, or discounts. You uses false pretenses and therefore, do not impress me as trustworthy.

Need more info
April 13, 2025

Need more info. I am renting space for my trailer. Original property owner would not allow solar on roofs. Is the latest roof solar not obtrusive now?

I need an opportunity on the forms to give more information such as...this is a condo of mostly seniors. The dramatically increased electric rates are testing most of the residents. The rates demand that their assessments will be raised significantly and many cannot afford it.

I am the only one that lives in my house
March 13, 2025

I am the only one that lives in my house. Two months ago, my bill practically doubled! Why would it jump so much, living alone? This pass month, it went down, a small amount. I can't afford this much, being I'm a senior on Social Security.

NJ has too much cloudiness
March 29, 2025

NJ has too much cloudiness. Maybe up to 60% or more weeks. When not precipatating. (rain or snow)

My house sits at a little angle away from the eastern sun in the morning until about 10:30am (obviously on a no or low cloudy day.) then on no or lite cloudy days its full sun until about 3pm. But after 3pm until sundown I can only get little or no sun. My one story Ranch house is also lower to the ground then my neighbors split level houses on the western side. I have limited sun because of their split level homes and trees in the back yard.

My neighbor has tall trees that block any available sun from 3 PM to dark.

I guess that's why they don't have solar. Even in winter the leafless branches overlap each other and block the full sun that would hit my solar panels. Because I didn't have any experience I didn't know how much it would be blocked in the afternoon. But I'm still happy when I get a 0 dollar electric bill. (or even close to zero.)

The Secret of Solar
April 17, 2025

My experience with Sunrun has been horrible. Christian was helpful responding to my question but offered no solution to the Issue. I've been working on this issue for the past 3 months or more. I am waiting confirmation from Sun Run staff regarding determining a means to reduce PGE/SOLAR cost and installation of adding solar panels. Let me know when you receive any update related to my Solar at 273 Boulderidge Court Vacaville, CA Yvonne Tucker
