The company's reputation is mixed, with positive sentiments highlighting the potential benefits of solar energy and a generally knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the concept of solar solutions, especially in light of rising utility costs. However, significant concerns arise regarding the customer service approach, particularly around communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Many reviews express frustration with the initial qualification process, perceived delays in service, and inadequate support for specific living situations, such as those in trailer parks or condos. Overall, while there is optimism about solar energy, the company needs to enhance its customer engagement and clarify its processes to improve satisfaction.

Just looking for a good company to put in solar energy and hopefully don't cost too much. I pay over $320 for Electric a month. Hope to cut My Bill down if we can find a good price and put in solar panels on.
Had thought husband had changed his mind on solar, but this was not the case. He is quite sure that we will not be doing solar for the foreseeable future. I'll check in with him first if there seems to be a change next time. Thank you for handling the phone interaction so professionally. Pam
I am concerned that I am paying money monthly to another company supposedly for delivery to the grid. It cost me more than what I'm paying Reliant and Center Point. This is not mentioned when you all talk about cost of Solar. Be upfront with people.
Well, it's been an alright experience so far, but I ain't got escrow on the property I wish to purchase quite yet, so this survey is a bit early…. Let's process the paperwork and get me my payment journal receipt book and then I will extend a very grateful and highly in your favor my report on how great this process is, ok?
Why do I have to give all my personal information when I haven't decided to actually purchase it? I just wanted to compare my electric bill to the cost of a solar system. Having to give out my email and phone number is part of the reason we get 6-10 crank calls a day. I think that information should only be requested once I know some simple facts. I gave you my address so look it up on Google maps, look to see my roof, see which way my house faces, N, S, E, or W. And give me a ruff estimate of the cost.
All I wanted was to check if my area was listed in the rebate program. I do not need a long winded salesman to call and irritate me. I cannot understand half of what he, she, or it would be saying. Text only. When I get ready to check out the different solar companies then I will contact them. But first things first.
I am 80 years old and have changed my mind. Can you prove to me the Federal Government is going to pay for this solar energy. I need to know. Please email me first and then I might consider your offer. Thanks. No calls, I am mostly deaf.
It started with a request for zip code an an empty promise of instant solar rebate eligibility. I cringed at every bit of more personal information requested. Not confidence-inspiring and makes me feel uncomfortable.
I don't know, I don't have anything coming to me from anyone, to save anything on my electricity bill, it still runs about $600.00 or more. I had solar put in my house approximately 1 1/2 years ago, but have no discounts, have never received anything about saving money on my bill, it's still very high, so no change at all?
I have solar., Put in approxmately 5 months ago, but have never received any incentives, $'s for doing so. Do I need to apply or how do I go about this?

We are prior owners of a home we had solar panels installed we drove by there last month and their whole roof was replaced, caused by the nails going through and caused tremendous Damage! Has the installation changed to prevent this reoccurring?
Very quick simple would be very thankful to acquire solar save so much and we are frugal
The only thing is my home is in the trailer park, but that doesn't matter because my neighbor has one solar panel on a wooden pellet and it works fine. So all I need is a price of a little solar. Panel.
I came across the site that asked me what my utilities bill was and because mine was so high it caught my eye. I entered my ZIP Code and and came to this page and here I am. I did not purchase anything yet.
I knew I was searching for solar quotes. I didn't know I was signing up to be called within 6 seconds of signing up and continuously called 4 times a day by some of them. If I had better understood this is what I was signing up for, I would not have given them my info.
Unfortunately one of the problems with these advertisements is you really don't know if they're real advertisement because of all the hacking that has been occurring for some years. It would be nice if the government and a program that would help install solar. It went also be nice if the government didn't charge us to install solor.
Have not spoken with anyone as of yet so how can I give a rating? Id like to know exactly how much the state is going to pay? If there not going to cover 100% of the installation I would not be interested
Save files/Run adudits per cell free phone service issued out has predeposited funds establishing every individual credit VS no credit... So Shasta Co. Can move forward and my resume won't look so bad moving onto the state.
Sincerely

I can't believe that I received this email. Thank you for asking.
My experience is good so far.
Waiting for your call to see if I qualify for solar.
This would be great for me because I'm on a fixed budget. Thank you.
Easy to navigate this web site! My monthly electric bill was $500 + dollars before in had the budget plan. It is now &359+ each month! Even that is too high!
So far, so good! I have interest and have had experience with other similar projects to reduce electricity bills but they didn't last for one reason or another.
