This is unacceptable that End. Didn't reply about anything since i order a jacket on 22 Nov and i have tried to contact End. For so many time. All its reply left was suggesting to view the FAQs but it doesn't helpful at all. They has created a label number of my parcel at Fedex on 22 Nov and the status didn't have any update. I have ask for help to Paypal as well and i am hoping this nightmare can come to the end.
Outrageous! Please avoid. I'm never buying from End again. I spent £580 with them online and 3 of the items from the order (2 of which are presents I've not been able to give people) were missing. From the items that did arrive 1 was faulty and is too big to send back via their online service. I have contacted them 4 times and have not had a response back. I had an automated response saying they'd get back in tough within 5-7 days and they haven't. Absolutely awful. So disappointed.

I used to order from END consistently with no problems but their customer service and accountability has become horrendous.
They shipped a large order of clothing earlier this year to my address in the US and did NOTHING when the shipment was stolen! I had specifically asked for the shipment to require a signature but someone signed the wrong name and END did nothing to help and effectively told me to shut up and take the loss.

Been buying from end for a while. I really liked this company. Items were received within 3 days. The packaging was always nice with a card. This last purchase was delayed so not a big deal to me. It was a xmas gift. Paid for a givenchy smeakers and balenciaga sneakers. The givenchy were used sneakers. The bottom looks worned. The sneakers are creased. I am quite disappointed and will never buy from them again. Stay away. If I wanted used I would go on Ebay.

I ordered from END CLOTHING for the first time and will never order from here again. After 3weeks, the item I ordered has not shipped or been updated since placing the order (The "expected" delivery date was 10days ago). I've received three auto generated emails about "delays." From my experience "customer service" (which is non-existent) does not respond to your inquiries about your order directly. I had to open a case with my bank and get a charge back for my order not being shipped out after putting in numerous requests cancel my order due to a non-shipment. I think three weeks is more than a reasonable amount of time to handle a simple order. In my opinion you should not order from here, as they do not ship your products or respond directly to inquiries, but will try and keep your money after NOT holding up their end of the deal: AKA SCAMMERS
Why would someone looking for slide-on type of shoes without a back - obviously someone looking for ease of wear and comfort over fashion - then want the toes to be pinched to the point the shoes are unwearable? And unfortunately as an international order, they won't pay for me to return it - and I just checked and it would cost me JUST as much to return the shoes as my purchase did! It was so hard to even find the kind of shoes I was looking for, but I never should have gambled on the UK store. I tried checking sizes and the length is right - held it up to my current shoes needing replaced to make sure - but they are way too damn narrow and I am PISSED. Also, I don't always get to opening packages right away and they only give a FIFTEEN day window for returns! That is RIDICULOUS! I thankfully did fall in the window but not by much and am kind of mad about that too - but it's a moot point since they won't cover shipping and it's not worth sending back. So disappointed in this place.
