Fake Cash Back Offer

All the Offers on this website are for play with the customers and they don't get any responsibility for that...
I purchased around 230 USD in one order, and they had to credit my wallet with an amount they called cashback.
They did it. But without any description of the limited time it took to use it!
After 60 days without any notification, they deleted all the credit in my wallet...

Worst Delivery
December 19, 2021

I placed an order with 10 items on it and 1 item was delivered after 17 days. Call center will tell the same script whenever I follow up that it will be delivered as soon as the item are shipped but they do not know when or where it is exactly. Sms's I received were saying 4 to 5 days guaranteed delivery but days have passed and I was just waiting for nothing.

Recently i purchase shoes was not good quality i returned, returning was with Aramex they never come to collect only send messaging that keep ready we are coming to collect than i write to Namshi (Saudi Arabia) they told me to drop yourself to Aramex center near your home, i do that, again head ache that they returned only S.R. 94 out of S.R.141 after many e-mails, i am still asking why they cut the amount.

I urge you to be careful as the return service is probably the worst I have ever experienced and the after sales team are pathetic. I bought a pair of shorts over two months ago and they had it collected and they claimed the courier company did not collect it. Please be careful whilst using Namshi- online shopping is hot and miss with sizes in any case and if the online platform is so underprepared for returns it's a recipe for disaster. I would stay clear of Namshi - they need to get their act together!

VERY BAD SERVICE

I ordered on this site (Black bag) but they delivered the wrong one (blue bag), it's ok coz sometimes staff will mistakenly packed the item. Now I asked them to pick it up and return my money back. But I was soooo furious they only take back the wrong item without returning back my money? I paid it on CASH & expect that they will also return back my money the same day. But Courier said they will put it on my account. How on earth can I get my money back on which I didn't share my bank account? And also I don't have plan anymore to order on this site! So unfortunately I accept the wrong item even I don't really like it rather nothing at all. This is really a very a bad service and I will never ever recommend this site and never ever order again!

Worst customer service

I placed an order at namshi a month ago,and create return request for 2 items.My delivery adress is in dubai and every day there delivery person is telling me, the adress is umm ul quaim,its been one month i am calling customer care each and every single day, but they are not enough helpful. From one month same thing is going on every day...I got a call from some supervisor also but no help, thn they create a new pickup request and still item is not picked.Its been one month now.They have worst customer service, i had to call them everyday, but zero help and they are not willing to pay me back aswell.

So, this is regarding my order on Namshi (Order number - AE*******) which I placed yesterday by checking the product availability and made the payment online with my Credit card. Now today morning I got an email from Namshi that my order is cancelled because they don't have product on stock. This is highly frustrating that after placing the order by checking the available stock they cancelled my order.

There is one more annoying process they got that I will get my refund in next 7-10 working day I made the payment in seconds but with my fault I will have to suffer to get my money back from this worst website #namshi #nasmhifans: X

Please do not buy anything from this website if you don't want to waste you money and time. #disappointing #badexperience

Poor response/bad delivery channel partners
October 11, 2023

Order undelivered
Ordered 9 items on 04th Oct 2023 and delivery was scheduled for 06th Oct.

On 06th and 07th Oct just received a sms saying unable to reach me for delivery (without receiving any calls) from their delivery partner Noon Express.

Been calling Namshi customer service daily and response is they will escalate the matter to their logistics partners Noon express (as per Namshi shipment is at Noon express warehouse) and when I ask them for Noon express contact details they mention they cannot provide the same.

Until 11oct today, no response from Namshi nor from Noon Express.

Worst experience ever from Namshi.

Have to see now after cancelling my order, how soon they process the refund.

Iam absolutely dissatisfied by this pathetic website. Want to tell everyone their poor quality bag i returned on 8th oct and its 22 oct today and i still havent received my refund. Every time i call them from bahrain batool picks but not providing solution until now.they dnt have a customer care in bahrain. Eveery tim e we need to make internal call to dubai. When we ask their managers to cal us bk. They do not even call back. N still they are not able to chk with their teams and provide us with refund. The most pathetic website and service. They really dont care. Their agent batool is absolutely not worthy sitting there as she is of no help.

I had issue with the item which I bought from NAMSHI, and send inquiries how to replace it or how can I use warranty, which was together with the order.

I have received few emails back, with no answer or proper explanation,even after attaching warranty and after explaining 100 times the issue and it was clear the issue was with the item not damaged by me. And now, they don't even reply to my emails, also can't find the contact number.

I had had my eye on a Ted Baker bag for several months, but always put off buying it because it was expensive. I finally saved up enough to get it - just to notice it was out of stock everywhere I normally shopped! EBay had people selling it at double the price, and I almost bought it from there, but I did a last resort -sort of Google search and found the bag on Namshi. I was sceptic of the website - especially the "100% genuine brands" text at the top - but the website's design gave me some confidence, as usually hoaxes are pretty badly designed. So I ordered the bag and paid with PayPal to cover my back.

While waiting for my order to be confirmed, I found the reviews on SiteJabber, and almost canceled my order. When I recieved an e-mail asking for a copy of my national ID " to ensure a smooth customs clearance process", I almost canceled my order again. But instead, I sent Namshi and e-mail asking why they ask for such a thing and told them I was wildly uncomfortable with the idea of sharing such information with a foreign company, and told them I had ordered from several countries in the past and had never been asked for a copy and everything had gone smoothly. I recieved back an e-mail where they said my order had been comfirmed and was on it's way.

I live in Finland. The order was placed on 22nd of January and sent on 23rd, and it arrived to Finland (and got stuck in customs) on 25th. I did the paperwork for custom clearance, paid the tax and got the bag on 29th. By any standards, that is a pretty damn fast international delivery.

The package was branded with Namshi's logo and inside was the bag. I inspected it to the best of my ability and compared it with the genuine Ted products I have bought from elsewhere. The small details such as engraving on buttons, the lining of the bag, the price tags, they all match. I am confident that it truly is genuine.

So all in all, aside from Namshi asking for my national ID - all my fears were unfounded and I actually got very good service from Namshi. So at least based on this one experience, I can recommend them.
