The Bible for anyone that owns an TL70, because unless you are loaded and can pay someone to fix all of the myriad things that are gonna need fixing, you need this to show you how.

Paid for a Mercedes Workshop manual. I downloaded the 20GB file and followed the instructions for opening an OVA file. Then the problems really start. Mid download of something called Virtual Machine Software it says I need to download an newer version. I click on that, and now my pc locks up. A restart shows a virus alert, the task manager gets reeeeeaaaal slow opening up and my pc becomes unstable. There is so much work you need to do to be able to open this file that I just couldn't get there. Too many steps, errors along the way and I had to uninstall the VM software to get some sort of stability back. I never did open the Workshop manual- I couldn't. So the customer service stinks and refuses to refund my payment.
This company provides a product that is NOT plug and play. You have to do a lot of work installing other LARGE programs, Tweaking settings as you go. They do not have a consumer friendly package to download- Be warned!
If you want to use it make sure you have a PC expert nearby who can fix the problems. Really stinks and I lost my $. Their customer service page also shows a Washington DC address with an Iowa Telephone number that is identified on the internet as a spammer. I should have done more research before paying for this nothing product.

Very informative. A must have if you own a Polaris ATV. It helps anyone repair or diagnose a problem. Also price is fair compared to some others.

This manual has a lot of information with picture details explanation. I really helped in repairing my manual.

It's definitely the best in the market. It provides enough information without overwhelming new students to this topic.

I purchased a manual for my Isuzu truck that was supposed to be a complete coverage of the vehicle.

It totally DOES NOT have one shred of information on the engine electronics like electrical diagrams, principle of operation, component locations, troubleshooting, >>>>NOTHING, ZIP, NADA<<<<.

The most critical and important information one would need on any vehicle, and not a single spec of it was in the manual. Mostly screw and bolt removal and replacement. I don't need a manual to tell me how to remove bolts. I need real and informative technical coverage that is useful for repairing and maintaining the truck. I can get the screw and bolt stuff from Chilton, if I wanted and I don't, which is the ultimate for the NOT useful information department.

And the email responses from the "Customer NOT Service" department were cryptic, asked the same questions over and over and went nowhere.
So I asked for a refund and NOPE "you already downloaded it so we can't give you a refund". WHAT? How would I know that the most important information on the vehicle was missing unless I downloaded it and saw that there was nothing there.
DAH!. >Stupid<
So I give them negative 10 stars for the worst service on earth.

Instant download... Bought manual, not available and no way to refund from site. You have to "open a ticket." BBB rating is "F." Beware SCAM.

A must for those DIY folk. Helped me when doing basic maintenance on my Kia Cadzena. Every owner should have a comprehensive shop manual.
