It's all scam, before i bought the manual i send the vin the car a model and they told which one. The manual is a mess, ******* pages and impossible to find anything, and is not for my car, not even the engine drain plug it explains for my model, and they will not refund the money, avoid buying here, its a scam

I purchased a digital download manual for a 2020 WRX STI. The description of the manual said WRX STI. What was sent in the download was a manual for an Impreza, nothing to do with the WRX, yet alone a WRX STI. I asked for a refund as the manual was falsely advertised, and I didn't get what I ordered. I was told "sorry you're not happy with your purchase, but because you downloaded the manual, we can't offer a refund."
If you have money to throw away and feeling lucky, buy from them, you may or may not get what you ordered.

BUYER BEWARE: After placing an order, eManual Online sent me the wrong vehicle service and repair manual. It was in a simple PDF format. After contacting them, I was told I had to download an app. They did not disclose installation of an app was required to view their content. Due to the file size, it took several hours to complete. I couldn't get the app working. When I asked for a refund, they refused. This company oversells, underdelivers and lacks integrity. After reading the 1 star reviews, this appears to be a common issue. Contact PayPal and/or your credit card company to file a dispute resolution. I will notify mechanics to avoid this company, and you should, too.

This Mercedes Benz repair manual is a comprehensive guide. It covers every aspect of maintenance and repair. What I liked the most was Diagrams which are very helpful in understanding the location of a particular component and how to access it without breaking any thing. A bit pricey but does the job efficiently.

How much is information, offered after it is not needed, worth? Would you have noticed the download had a file type of ".ova", and known you were to create a virtual-machine, not a browser link?

Tried this manual after a friend suggested this website. Prices here are very competitive and download was done within minutes. Good tier manual if you ask me. Better than all those Haynes crap; it is straight to the point, zero bull$#*!, and incredibly helpful. A must have for my fellow DIYers.
