This is a very through detailed manual, I must say a bit costly then the others but as they say, quality doesn't comes cheap. What I liked the most is the fully blown-up diagrams with bullet points. They are very useful in understanding the parts and procedures. Excellent source for troubleshooting and making repairs.

Instant download did not work it took a couple of hours. Support desk kept me informed and checked whether I was happy - very impressed with customer service. The manual was exactly as advertised and setting up to run a windows document on my mac was very well covered in the help files. Will definitely use again and the 4 stars instead of 5 was for the instant download not being there.
I originally ordered a repair manual in pdf format for my 2014 suzuki kingquad 500 late last year and I was very satisfied with it. A few weeks ago i lost the file due to a computer crash. A rep helped me out pretty fast

Maybe I didn't do enough research before purchasing, but the manual I paid about $25 for was not a complete Chevy service manual. Once I found out that it didn't have the info I was looking for, I tried to return it and they wouldn't let me because I had already opened the file and looked through it. Also, the content is not organized very well which can make it hard to search for what you need.
Very poor insufficient manual not fit for purpose. No searchable index, Stock pictures with poor annotation, plenty of cross references that can't be found or don't exist. Critical components and procedures not included. Did not take long to find out this was a rip off.
